RWL 2021 preview!

At this month’s Wellbeing Wednesday we were joined by two of our Rail Wellbeing Live guest speakers for EXCLUSIVE teaser sessions.

Our host, Nadine Rae, was joined by award-winning stand-up comedian, mental health campaigner and CEO Jake Mills and happiness guru, Danny Bent.

Our first guest, Jake, discussed his personal journey, the stigma around mental health and his work with the rail industry. Next up, we heard from Danny, adventurer & happiness guru, who shared tips on how to bring more positivity into your life and how a shift in mindset can improve your mental health.
