Rail Wellbeing Live is now on demand!
Rail Wellbeing Live 2020 was a huge success, bringing together over 10,000 people in our industry.
We were joined by over 140 wellbeing experts, rail people and a few famous faces to discuss so many different aspects of health and wellbeing. There were presentations about mental wellbeing, livestreams on how to manage your stress with swearing as well as interactive Tai Chi and technical workshops.
The way people in our industry embraced the event was so inspiring, so much so that Rail Wellbeing Live will be back in 2021 so we can do it all again!
Don’t worry if you missed out, you can watch all the content in our Wellbeing Library. Plus, we’ll still be hosting our monthly themed Wellbeing Wednesdays to keep the conversation going.
