30 minute yoga/stretch session, focusing on lifting your mood, energy and vibe ahead of the day.

  •  Starting with a grounding and calming breath awareness practice
  •  Mobilising the spine, upper back, neck and shoulders
  •  Opening the hips, releasing tension in the back and legs
  •  Winding down to a lying position for some final breathwork and body scan to find a deep relaxation state
