Long hours at a desk everyday has the potential to cause movement compensations, stiffness and eventually pain. If you currently suffer with lower back ache, a stiff neck or a repetitive strain injury it’s time to improve your movement and tackle things head on! This movement and mobility coaching session will cover the general areas of tightness that we commonly see in desk workers like yourself – such as the neck, shoulders, lower back and hips. The sessions will give you an opportunity to relieve your body’s aches and pains and learn how to perform daily maintenance on yourself through easy, low demand drills. No equipment will be needed besides a yoga mat and chair.
