We’re on a mission to help improve the physical and mental wellbeing of everyone in the rail industry. It isn’t just about fitness or eating better, this is a look at the whole person to help us all lead a healthier and happier lives.

We face cross-industry challenges of an ageing workforce, obesity related illness, growing mental health issues and Covid-19. That’s why the Rail Wellbeing Alliance is hosting Rail Wellbeing Live; to bring everyone together to discuss how we can be fit and resilient as individuals and organisations both now and in the future.
